This Model THD801 has three modes.The three modes of electrostatic powder coating machines are flat mode, complex mode, and recoat mode.

1. Flat mode: The flat mode is suitable for objects with smooth surfaces or simple shapes. In this mode, the powder coating machine applies powder at a uniform speed and pressure, ensuring consistent coverage over the entire flat surface. This mode is suitable for flat panels, sheets, and boards.

2. Complex mode: The complex mode is suitable for objects with intricate shapes or geometric structures. In this mode, the spraying machine adjusts according to the shape and curves of the object, ensuring even coating coverage over the entire surface, including recesses and corners. This mode can accommodate various complex objects such as pipes, curved components, and assemblies.

3. Recoat mode: The recoat mode (also known as reverse spraying mode) is commonly used for internal coating applications, such as pipes, containers, and deep recessed parts. In the recoat mode, the spraying machine applies powder in a reverse direction, ensuring uniform coverage along the internal surface of the object. This mode ensures effective coating of the internal surface and maintains coating consistency and quality.
